About Us

Our Mission

Operation Youth Success is a nonprofit organization based in Douglas County dedicated to juvenile justice reform, trauma-informed care, and community-based aid for youth and families.

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee provides leadership and oversight for Operation Youth Success. It brings together stakeholders and partners who help shape strategy, guide workgroup priorities, and evaluate progress on reform efforts across the juvenile justice system.

Key partners highlighted across the initiative include Douglas County Probation and the Annie E. Casey Foundation, with Judge Vernon Daniels and Thomas Warren, CEO of the Urban League of Nebraska, serving as Chairs for JDAI.

Public Questions and Answers

A dedicated Q&A space keeps the community informed about how Operation Youth Success operates, how decisions are made, and how residents can engage with ongoing reform efforts. It is designed to promote transparency and open dialogue with families, partners, and the broader public.
